How to use the app:
1. Tap on desired unit for weight (pounds or kilos) and enter your weight in small box.
2. Tap on desired unit for height (inches or centimeters) and enter your height in small box. If you know your height in feet and inches, select inches and use 1 ft equals 12 inches. For example, if your height is 5 ft and 7 inches, you would enter (5 x 12) inches + 7 inches, which is 67 inches.
3. Hit the return key and tap the "show BMI" button. The app will show BMI value, category and Alexanders reaction.
About the app:
The app accepts weight input in kilos or pounds and height input in inches or centimeters (cms). You can choose the imperial system (weight in pounds, height in inches) or the metric system (weight in kilos, height in cm). You can also use mixed system inputs, for example, weight in kilos and height in inches. Mixed system is still in use in many places, for example, parts of Great Britain, such as, England and Scotland and also in Canada, Ireland, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Australia, New Zealand and several other Commonwealth countries. The default is pounds for weight and inches for height.
